 ANDREW BAGNER

  An unknown fact about yourself:

I have canoed around Grand Island and
about 90% of every creek, river, and
  stream in WNY.

Degree/Education Background:

I have an Associate’s Degree in Computer Network Systems. I started my education on Long Island at SUNY Farmingdale then continued it here in Buffalo at ITT Technical Institute.

What I do:
I work with QuantumCMS, SWRemote software, Answer Annie support, and our customer portal. I help customers throughout the day with various issues ranging from simple installation questions to more complex issues. Basically, after I get off the phone with them, hopefully, they feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
What do you spend time doing outside the office:
My first priority is my family. My wife and I spend a lot of time doing the stuff we love. We go camping whenever we get a free weekend, mostly local, and sometimes at various NASCAR venues. Which leads into my other hobby…NASCAR, and anything to do with it. As a former Volunteer Firefighter, I miss not having volunteering opportunities where I now live, as most local firefighters are paid. Otherwise, if it isn’t NASCAR, it’s definitely fighting fires.
Favorite music:
Name a music genre and I probably have a favorite song or two. Mostly Country, but anything that catches my ear works for me.
Favorite food:
I definitely miss my NY bagels.
Dream job:
Absolutely hands down, a NASCAR driver, or anything to do with NASCAR. I’ve always had a passion for anything that has 800 HP and goes over 200 MPH.

What I like about AS:
The people. Hands down, the nicest, most helpful people around. Everyone has taken time out of their busy day to assist me in whatever it was that I needed. Teamwork is extremely important in an environment like this one!
