What is it you do at AS?
I'm responsible for improving the quality and consistency of communication between the Algonquin family of companies and its clients and for translating the Algonquin brand into outbound communications that strengthen our marketing message. With the help of our graphic designer and our sales team, I develop marketing collateral that includes press releases, sell sheets, product brochures, client testimonials, case studies, email blasts, newsletters, and more.

What do you spend time doing outside the office?
The world is a big place and I'd like to see as much of it as I can, so I like to travel and I try to leave the country at least once a year. I like to be outside - camping, kayaking, hiking, skiing - and I like movies, concerts, and theatrical productions. I also really like lying in bed all day, reading.

Book - The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver
Movie - I am not sure I have a favorite movie but Le Fabuleux Destin d' Amelie Poulain is right up there (even with the subtitles).

If you could do any job with no limitations what would it be?
I have always wanted to be a spy...I'm kind of nosy.

What you like most about AS?
The incredibly nice, helpful people I work with and being downtown; my previous jobs were always in out of the way places.
