Position: Software Support Representative
Position Type: Full Time
Description
In this position, the candidate should expect to:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails for service related issues on a variety of custom software solutions.
- Provide level 1 support to clients on a variety of custom software solutions.
- Assist in creation and maintenance of product knowledge bases and other documentation.
- Perform content entry and updates on existing client web sites using QuantumCMS, our web content management system.
- Participate in software testing and quality assurance.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Requirements
All candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues.
- Ability to learn from constructive criticism.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
The following skills/technologies are a plus, but not required:
- Microsoft .Net, VB, ASP.Net, SQL
- HTML, XSLT, XML, CSS, JavaScript
- Adobe Photoshop and Flash
