Software Support Representative

Position: Software Support Representative
Position Type: Full Time

Description

In this position, the candidate should expect to:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails for service related issues on a variety of custom software solutions.
  • Provide level 1 support to clients on a variety of custom software solutions.
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of product knowledge bases and other documentation.
  • Perform content entry and updates on existing client web sites using QuantumCMS, our web content management system.
  • Participate in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Requirements

All candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues.
  • Ability to learn from constructive criticism.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent education and experience.

The following skills/technologies are a plus, but not required:

  • Microsoft .Net, VB, ASP.Net, SQL
  • HTML, XSLT, XML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Adobe Photoshop and Flash
