Technical Support Representative

Position: Technical Support Representative
Position Type: Full Time

Description

In this position, the candidate should expect to:

  • Provide level 1 product and technical support to clients on a variety of software and hardware issues.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails for service related issues on multiple products and services.
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of product knowledge bases and other documentation.
  • Assist in creation and execution of detailed test plans for hardware and software solutions.

Requirements

All candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues.
  • Basic PC/network troubleshooting and/or basic computer programming skills.
  • Ability to learn from constructive criticism.
  • Associate's Degree.
