Description

Algonquin Studios is seeking qualified individuals for internships within our web team. Individuals will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects as part of a web design and development team.

In this position, the candidate should expect to:

  • Conceptualize and design web graphics and interfaces.
  • Implement web interfaces using HTML and CSS.
  • Implement web interfaces to current internal and W3C standards for coding and accessibility.
  • Work on multiple simultaneous projects.

Requirements

All candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Desire to learn as part of a professional web team.
  • Basic knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS, and W3C standards for coding and accessibility.
  • Basic skills with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Preferred experience with Flash and Adobe InDesign.
  • Ability to learn from constructive criticism.
