PrincipalsStephen M. KiernanCEO and Chairman Stephen's expertise includes enterprise software development, accounting system selection and implementation, and legacy system integration. Steve has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for North American Health Plans, and President of Consulting Associates of WNY. Previously, Steve was a financial information systems consultant on the management consulting services staff of Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young). Steve is an honors graduate from SUNY Buffalo with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree (with distinction) in management information systems. Steven B. RainesChief Operations Officer Since 1995, Steve has built Internet and Intranet applications, electronic commerce systems, scalable enterprise-wide infrastructures, order entry systems and production analysis software using Microsoft technologies. Prior to co-founding Algonquin, Steve was a Senior Programmer/Analyst at SOFTBANK Services Group (now Client Logic). Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in English (with Honors) from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Adrian A. RoselliSenior Usability Engineer Adrian Roselli has been developing accessible, effective user interfaces for the World Wide Web since its inception. He has over 10 years of experience in graphic design, web design and multimedia design, as well as extensive experience in internet commerce. Adrian is a founding member and frequent contributor to evolt.org, a community, mailing list and web site made up of web professionals from around the globe who share their knowledge and experience in web development. Adrian has written articles for a number of trade journals, web sites, and has authored chapters in four books, including Usability: The Site Speaks for Itself, Web Graphics for Non-Designers and The Web Professional's Handbook. His work has been cited in many books and articles on usability, accessibility, and interface design. ThiemeckeCofounder Dave was published by Glasshaus in Content Management Systems, his contributions include a chapter on Publishing via a content management system and time spent as a technical editor on the book.
