Later this month Algonquin Studios will unveil its newest software product, a complete fulfillment solution. With features such as inventory management, order process tracking, and integration with shipping companies, the software is designed to increase efficiency and organization in warehouse operations. Big Bear will use the software to improve its workflow efficiency by integrating workstation checkpoints designed to reduce errors that delay the completion of an order. By logging into Big Bear's web site, customers can easily get information about their order status including order confirmations, received goods detail, and shipping and receiving information.
