Hodgson Russ Earns Gold in Web Site Reviews of Top 250 U.S. Law Firms

Hodgson Russ The 2002 IMA Awards recognize the great, good and not-so-good in Internet business development among the National Law Journal's list of the top 250 law firms in the United States.

Hodgson Russ ranked 23rd in the 2002 web site ratings and review of the nation's top law firms. The reviews were conducted by attorney Micah Buchdahl of InternetMarketingAttorney.Com, and based on extensive review of each site based on five criteria.

Each site was rated and scored based on design, content, usability, interactivity and intangibles, with ten points allotted to each for a maximum score of fifty. The top 38 scoring firms received platinum, gold or silver honors based on total points. Hodgson Russ scored a 38, seven points behind the number one slot.

Hodgson Russ achieved its highest ratings in the design, usability, and interactivity categories. The IMA review describes it:

"A smart set-up, with focus on getting visitors to the appropriate practice area. Combined with a nice intro design, and some changing highlights, it is an effective intro to the firm and the site. Each practice area, in essence, becomes a mini-site. And the categories allow flexibility in what a department wants to do. [...] The rest of the sections provide good materials as well. And lots of good forms!"
