Algonquin Studios Announces Release of QCMS Lite System

Algonquin Studios (Buffalo, NY) announced today a new version of its popular QuantumCMS web content management system tailored for the small company market. The new version, to be marketed as QCMS Lite, retains the key features that allow non-technical users to update, maintain and add text and images to their web sites, but without the enterprise level development features used by large organizations.

Since its initial release in 2001, local governments, health care organizations, and multinational corporations have used QuantumCMS system to maintain networks of web sites, intranets and secure extranet systems in one or more languages.

"We realized that our full system was more than what small business owners need to maintain their web sites on their own. We can now offer two versions of the same system, one for the large corporation and one for the small company," said Stephen Kiernan, Algonquin Studios President and CEO.

Algonquin will begin to market the new QCMS Lite system in the beginning of December at a cost of $69.95 per month, which includes web site hosting and unlimited access to the QCMS Lite system.
