Algonquin Studios and ABC-Amega Inc. have worked closely together to create a number of QuantumCMS-powered web sites. ABC-Amega Inc., a commercial business-process outsourcing firm, provides credit-to-cash accounts receivable management services. Headquartered in Buffalo, NY, it is a subsidiary of The ABC Companies, Inc., one of the most respected receivable management companies in the United States.

ABC-Amega Inc. needed to create a number of web sites in support of their commercial credit interchange clients that could be maintained and updated by ABC-Amega's current administrative staff. Algonquin Studios deployed sites, on QuantumCMS, with similar feature sets for each of the credit interchange groups. These sites included the following:

• Gift Associates Interchange Network
• Print Alliance Credit Exchange
• National Association of Credit Management Greater Cleveland
• The National Chemical Credit Association
• New York Media Credit Association

These sites all include features to provide additional services to group members without adding to the administrative tasks performed by ABC-Amega Inc..

"Members Only" section: This password-protected section of the site ensures the privacy of group members and allows for the exchange of sensitive information. All authentication information is taken from a single-source members database already in place at ABC-Amega Inc..

Discussion Forums: Contained within the "Members Only" section, threaded discussion groups are maintained on a number of topics associated with the activities of group members. The discussion forums are branded to the specific group and are administered by ABC-Amega Inc. and moderated by members.

Members Directory: Password protected by the "Members Only" login, the membership directory can be utilized on-line or downloaded in Microsoft Excel format. The online and downloadable versions of the directory are generated from the same single-source member database maintained by ABC-Amega Inc.

Web Service Login Integration: All of the credit interchange groups supported by ABC-Amega Inc. use a web-based credit reporting and sharing application developed in Microsoft .Net by Algonquin Studios. The web application is branded for each group based on member login. Members can login to this web service from each of the respective group web sites, further promoting the brand and identity associated with the credit interchange group.

On-Site Content Search: The full text index search powered by QuantumCMS has been deployed to all of these sites. Members can search content specific to the group as posted on the web site.

News and Events Listings: Using QuantumCMS dynamic content features, ABC-Amega Inc. staff can input news and events information once, and have this information reformatted to create News and Events "Index" pages.

Password-protected sections of the sites ensure the privacy of group members and allow for the exchange of sensitive information. All authentication information is taken from a single-source members database already in place at ABC-Amega Inc.

The membership directory can be utilized on-line or downloaded in MS Excel format. Both versions of the directory are dynamically generated from the same single-source member database maintained by ABC-Amega Inc.

Using QuantumCMS dynamic content features, ABC-Amega Inc. staff can input news and events information once, and have News and Events "Index" pages dynamically created by QuantumCMS.

All of the credit interchange groups use a web-based credit reporting application developed by Algonquin Studios. Members can log in from each of the respective group web sites, further promoting the brand associated with the credit interchange group.
