Mehta joined the company as Project Manager on Tuesday, January 3rd. In this new role, created specifically with him in mind, Mr. Mehta will work with Algonquin’s Director of Software Development and Development Managers to improve the planning, execution, and measurement of Algonquin’s custom software development engagements and help increase the frequency and quality of communication between Algonquin developers and clients. “We’re so pleased to have Raj join us here at Algonquin,” says Director of Software Development, Don Lee. “Algonquin has been working with the City of Buffalo for more than 10 years and, in that time, we developed an excellent rapport with Raj and his staff so, when the opportunity presented itself to have Raj become a member of our team, we leapt at the chance. As a former client of Algonquin Studios, Raj provides us with a unique opportunity to identify additional avenues to foster relationships with our clients and help ensure their experiences are always positive.” Mehta brings with him the 34 years of experience he gained at the City of Buffalo, where he spent the past 10 years as the Director of Management Information Systems, working with internal staff and outsourced vendors on projects including the City’s resident-facing web site, 311 Help Call Center, and IN REM Foreclosure auctions. |
